Shipping and Returns

We offer flat rate shipping of $19.99 to anywhere in Canada. 

Certain products or orders are too large, fragile, and/or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods. Please email [email protected], or call (705) 759-3443 and we’ll let you know if your order requires extra freight. 

If you need your order faster than our Standard Ground please email [email protected] for a quote.

**Please note at this time we do not ship bicycles or skis   

Returns on all product are accepted on items in new condition (eg.  in the same condition it was received in the original packaging) within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. Items not returned in the same packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items such as cycling shorts, helmets, tools, tires and tubes are considered final sale

We honour all of our supplier guarantee so if an item you have purchased through us fails please contact us so that we can determine if it falls under the manufacturers guarantee.
